Optimizing hgh for fat loss

Adding hgh to my protocol for 1st time ever.


Have many cycles under my belt. Enough to not know how many. So its not too soon.

Taking hgh mostly to help drop bodyfat but also just to experience its effects. Wont be relying on it for fat loss really but not trying to build muscle with it necessarily.



My plan is to take 2iu upon waking (sub q)..followed by fasted cardio 20-30 minutes later.

And another 2iu sub-a directly before bed time.



I have zero issues building muscle. These questions are purely for fat burning optimization.



Questions...

-is 20to30 minutes long enough after taking the hgh sub-a to begin cardio?

-should I do it sub-q or IM? SUB-Q seems most popular.

-another option is taking the full 4iu upon waking for my am cardio. Is that worthwhile?

-for my 2nd injection. Would it be better to take it pre workout or post workout instead of before bed

I’m not a fan of splitting hgh. Take all at once like mentioned by tuna. As long as your getting it I never found timing made a huge difference whether morning or night. My best look ever was 10iu EOD. I started at 5iu ED and switched to 10 IUeod and loved it

sub-q is the way to go

Take Pre workout because your natural HGH will be released post workout and during REM sleep. If you were to take post workout and pre bed you would be compromising your natural HGH production more than you would need to.

Take it all and get at er

I usually like to wake up around 330
Smash coffee til about 4
Take my juice for the day
Then shoot my GH
Out the door for fasted cardio.
If you aren’t weight training at that time
Try to stay fasted a little longer after your cardio session
I usually don’t eat till about 7 am

All of it am fasted(no bcaas or EEAS) kcals. Hit the gym or cardio. Subq or IM. IM hits quicker but, personally I didn’t notice a difference unless using for muscle mass. Sub q would be proper

My best results came from splitting my dosages up.

I would also look into taking inj L-Carninitine and -2iu Humalog with it.

Fat burning machine!

Do you notice a big difference with the L-Carninitine And Log in there?

I always figured it’s 2 additional injections for something that may or may not really even work.

L-Carnitine as Jonny0 suggested would be a great addition. Although I am not an advocate of incorporating insulin pre cardio especially for someone who hasn’t used slin before. Even if it’s just a microdose to lower BG into range to burn fat more efficiently.
