Well boy's, I have not been as active as I usually am as I have been simply swamped with real world activities.

About 8 weeks ago while prepping of 2017 Nationals I got a grade 2 Hamstring tear and had to pull out. No biggie, just means I will come back bigger and better in 2018.

I still have been training and sticking to a solid Nutritional Plan.

Here is a sneak peek from yesterday. Sitting at 291-294 lbs. People think I am still competing as my conditioning but nope, just trying to get better day by day.

I do have some sports available if people are wanting to take things to another lever...

Sucks about the hamstring injury man! But you will be good to go next year!

It is not about taking bigger cycles man, at all. If I actually posted up what I do, everyone would think I am lying.

It is all about nutrition, training, and being consistent. Day in and Day out, 365.

Now at 40 years old, everything is just second nature now. I eat for fuel, not for taste. I train for feel, not for ego...
