I came in at 209.6lbs for my weight the morning of the show. I finished second in my class. I'll post a before and after.
The before picture is June 17 the day before I started my prep and the after picture is the morning of the competition.

Wanna see some mandatories.
How tall are you?
I'm really liking the wheels. Jelly. Wish I could grow a set

Thanks a lot guys I was happy with it and I qualified for provincials in July. I'm about 6'1" and 3/4 my max allowable weight in my height class is 225lbs. So I've got an exciting off season to follow. I'll post up some mandatories I'll just crop them so I don't post other guys. As for my diet it honestly didnt change much from about 7.5 weeks out until peak week. I'll post what it was from 7.5 to peak week and the only adjustments that were made between than was minor things like the my fruits were pulled from my breakfast and my fats at night were cut from 20g to 5 and eventually zero. I was given choices on my meals for my macros so I could choose my sources of protein, carbs and fats. I had my choices weighed in cooked weight to give equal equivalences. My carbs were by the cup 1/3, cup 2/3, 3/4 cup etc. And added fats were by grams.
My diet was honestly the toughest part for me I'll definitely have to get more creative during next prep.
My diet consisted of six meals a day
Breakfast
6 whole eggs
1.5 cups complex carbs
15 grams fruit

Meal 2
60 G protein
3/4cup complex carbs
150g veg

Meal 3
60 G protein red meat
3/4 cup complex carbs

Meal 4
60 G protein
3/4 cup complex carbs
150 g veg

Meal 5
60 G protein red meat
3/4 cup complex carbs

Meal 6
50g isolate
15g fat
150 g veg

I was allowed any sugar free calorie free drinks and condiments until 2 weeks out I had one cheat meal a week until 2 weeks out (coach pulled cheats at about 4 weeks out). Other than that my cycle was pretty generic compared to what it was going to be. From 12 weeks out until peak week I ran
Test acetate 200mg
Tren acetate 150mg
Mast prop 150mg
EOD
Orals were just winstrol
50mg am/pm until 8 weeks out than 100mg am/pm
Aromasin at 12.5mg daily
(Pharm) Caber at .5mg twice a week and I used cialis until 2 weeks out and switched to supermans pre workout. I used clen and eca stack for my stims and roared them on certain days. I took t3 once daily in the morning. Cardio was every morning 30 minutes fasted and eventually added another 15 minutes post workout. Anything I missed just ask guys

I need to focus on my posing for my next competition the most, as well as gain size in my back to make it wider, bit more on my quad sweep and if I just get the max weight and still come in with this conditioning I should place well I think

Diet looks solid, is your complex carbs measured dry ? Also what types of carbs? I'm guessing oats , rice , sweet potatoes?

Great Wide Open
looked great man, nice job! Also a very do-able pre-contest cycle and diet, not too extreme but still got good results in finished product.

Thanks a lot guys I was impressed with my legs they've always been my favourite. For my carbs yeah I stuck to oats, usually made the first meal into a shake just because of time. Than rice, sweet potatoes and white potatoes always mashed and everything was measured cooked except for oats, they were measured dry. the equivalent on my diet sheet was 1 cup = 50g

Good job and thanks for sharing all this info on our diet. Excuse my ignorance but is this classic division? I am a power lifter so limited knowledge in the competitive bodybuilding stuff. You obviously handle complex carbs well, if I ate that many I would be adding fat but obviously works really well for you. Maybe I am too sensitive to carbs now because I eat so little. It may be time for me to switch things up. Congrats once again you did a good job and wish you all the best going forward.

Yeah man no problem at all, I'll be competing again in July. I took a break off since this show to help cleanse a bit and I'm going to start training off season for the upcoming comp within a week or so. It was classic physique class C which was grouped as anyone over 5'10" Than within that class you still have you're limitations based on height so for me because they measured me at just under 6'1" I would have a max allowable weight of 215lbs(6'-6'1"). My actual height is 6'1" and 3/4 and that gives me a maximum weight of 225lbs(6'1"-6'2"). I'll post a pic to make it easier to understand. Yeah my coach basically cruised me from seven weeks out with the same diet to the show, didn't wanna make any drastic changes. This pic was me seven weeks out. After training, hot tub and a tan so all that did help with circulation and vascularity but I was still ready very early.

Decided I'm gonna try and grow a bit. Meeting up with the team and coaches tomrrow for weekly posing to let coach decide on provincials. I'm set on skipping this year and growing. Been running non stop since 54 days after my show just started this cycle two mornings ago

T400 1200mg week

Deca 600mg week

Anadrol 50mg daily( bump to 100mg daily after a week)

T3 12.5mcg daily (bump to 25mcg daily after a week)

Humatrope GH 1iu daily 5 days on 2 off to start

Humalog 4iu pre 4iu post

This was me just now I'll post updated pics and adjustments to cycle as they happen.
