i lift in gear: 52 years old 6' 3", 295 lbs Compete in the 308 lb class

Squat: 940 lbs
Bench: 550 lbs
Deadlift: 705
fuck sakes !!!

I was going to post my numbers but after seeing this.... i'll just shut my mouth.
you know when a child goes to lift something, and its extremly heavy for them.... and then here comes dad, he lifts it effortlessly with one hand, like its a pillow... I'm the child in this situation :)

Don't feel bad DD...Anvil is going to make pretty much everyone feel that way with those numbers.... Chist its a lousy nickel plate shy of a 2,200 lb total!

BW: 209lbs (Up to 222lbs now)

These are all in comp lifts Raw:
Squat: 518lbs (2.5 Wraps) 480lbs (Sleeves)
Bench: 305lbs (I have a monster wingspan)
Deadlift: 585lbs (Sumo) 568lbs (Conv)

I have a meet coming up in August still trying to get my bodyweight up into the 242lbs class. Get the Deadlift over 600lbs and move my squat up mid 500's.

My bench is always going to be a struggle need more bodyweight I have a very large wingspan great for deadlifts not so much for bench. I Arch pretty good still have the biggest ROM at most meets

Compete in USPA and CPL.

these are my gym lifts, pre gear. i sucked in competitions
bench: 365 w raps
squat 540 w raps and belt
dl 540 w raps and belt
strict pull ups: 29
dips 9rep, with 135lb
muscleup no rings 12r
c+j 315? did after i switched from PLing, no technique, just brute strength
snatch 170, goal was bodyweight. more i trained, shititer i got. just too inflexible, too many impingements
63 sit ups in one min.
84 pushup, continous
2.4km run(military and LE fitness test) 9:40

ProgramX has helped a lot, though a lot of it was making up lost ground due to some fuckery in 2017

These numbers are while weighing 235-245lbs

squat: 5x495
dead: 5x585
bench: same-ish, still don't have the balls to unrack 4 plates
220lbs
squat: 3x545
dead: 5x545 (yes - worse, I stopped for quite awhile)
bench: 3x385

5'10" 210 , haven't tried to do any actual 1RM so these are the closest that I've tried

bench 295 x2 ( I hate doing bench I maybe do it once a month)
Squat 475 x 2
Dead 545 x2

Forgot to put my age (28) and that the numbers are "raw", although i think that's kind of obvious or I wouldn't even bother counting them if they werent. Numbers are alot higher with belt and wraps but I don't feel like I can say it's actually me liting the weight, I feel like it's the blet and wraps doing the lifting instead of me
