Did bench press today after work
Benched 235lbs x4x9 massive pump
PR bitches Wooo Hooo lol

Squatted 345lbs x4x5 last wk massive pumped quads like Tom Platz lol
Been having great work outs and the greatest muscular pumps of all time

Thanks, just every once and awhile I'll do it but don't train it religiously. My best is 240 strict. Haven't done a aas cycle yet. Have played around with sarms, mostly rad and lgd. Signed up for the forum to gain as much knowledge before I start a aas cycle beginning mid November.

Thanks! I've been very curious about peds for a long time. I've been dedicated with training and eating for a long time. Always wanted to wait until I started having trouble increasing PR's before trying peds. I was planning on doing a lighter cycle of test only in the 400-500mg range. Very curious to see how that would increase my lifts.

So Whit that much test your muscles would blow up like a fucking balloon
Very strong steady gains would be made by you that's for sure
The wonderful world of gear awaits you
Gear was made for people like you
And 240lbs is an awesome Press

Thanks, really appreciate that. So far this community has been awesome with tons of great info! Looking forward to being here and contributing in any way I can. Also can wait to post updates and results once I take the "plunge".
