Just a few of the many papers/studies.

A wise Monster here asked me about what gut health products I take as I have mildly fatty liver. So I started researching and it appears emerging evidence that probiotics and enzymes have considerably benefit to both the gut, digestion and liver health.
There are several reasons to take enzymes - increase healing, pain, digestion etc.

I try and have some sauerkraut every day.
I love sauerkraut so much I mix it in with my rice and chicken or rice and fish. I consume a huge jar a week and not cause it’s good for you, love the stuff.

I take a digestive enzyme with breakfast and dinner and a probiotic and lunch. I didn’t realize it helped liver health so that’s a plus.
