Hey guys I was wondering what supplements do you guys use for prostate health? And what values in my bloodwork should I be looking at for prostate health?

I agree with both and do both 1000mg of saw palmetto and 5mg of Cialis day....I also add in 50mg of zinc citrate as well to my daily vitamin supplement. Does wonders for Prostate health. TRT with blasts during the year and have zero prostate issues and always normal size at yearly checkup, only 43 years old thought too.

I'm with the others, I'm recently back on for the first time in 13 years and using a pretty modest 350mg test a week along with 50mg of tbol ed and also 5mg daily cialis, this is the best my prostate has behaved in years! Prior to that I used just basic saw palmetto with limited positive effects in my opinion, likely useless for actual BPH symptom relief, might be good for the overall health but if you have any BPH symptoms look elsewhere.

From what I understand and I'm probably wrong cialis helps with symptoms its dosnt actually shrink it or blunt dht. So it wouldn't really have a place to prevent it/reduce/minimize growth it's more of a bandaid

You'd have to take an 5-alpha reductase inhibitor to actually shrink the prostate and it can take 6-12 months before you see any improvements, if at all. While you're inherently correct that cialis is simply treating the symptoms, that shouldn't be minimized. BPH is very common and if men live long enough eventually the vast majority will have symptoms, cialis is an extremely effective "bandaid". My quality of sleep has improved and I always feel like I've completely voided my bladder now, it's been a godsend.
