Hey guys lately my pwo shakes are making me feel nauseous no matter what brand I use, after the gym my drive home is 45-50min drive so eating after working out isn't an option so I obviously have a pwo but it makes me nauseous to the point when I get home I have no appetite. how important is the post workout shake? Could I drink it before my workout? Iv tried so many different proteins lately mostly isolates. Alot the same iv always used with no problem in the past. Any help would be appreciated

I still don’t understand the “post workout shake” market. Or pre workout, or intra workout.
Makes no sense to me.
Eat meals.
As you normally would.
Supplement with shakes as necessary.
I think people (especially non competitive novice/newb body builders) spend waaaaaay too much time and money on these things that will do nothing for them.
When they should be simply focusing their time on diet/nutrition in general and training.

If you’re competing at an elite level then they please disregard.

I guess my point is - listen to your body!
Eat when hungry (to fit your macros)
Drink when thirsty,
Train consistently.
KISS - keep it simple, stupid!

I have moved the duplicate thread as this to the nutrition forum. This forum is for material directly related to True Nurtition supplement company out of the US.
