On another note: Anyone with thyroid problems who have almost non existing selenium levels you can fix that! Either via supplement or via brazil nuts (latter is the easiest if youre not on a strict diet since they really pack on calories from fat) Try to aim for 500mcg+ per day. This is so important alongside Iodine for thyroid health its sad that it gets overlooked so much. For nuts id recommend having 10-15 nuts a day that roughly comes close to 500mcg.

may not be brazil nuts but one of the reasons I eat raw walnuts and mixed nuts almost every day as shown in my food log. Nuts are loaded with lots of good vitamins and minerals. Good points Mr. Tuna.
