From what I have read the zinc is great for absorption but you are not supposed to take over 100 as is can have the reversed effects. I take 50 Ed.
Not sure on absoprtion but I've always just stuck with 50mg. My last post should read Magnesium, it's highly underrated and I think something like 70% of the regular population is deficient in it. 400mg of Glycinate version a day before bed for me.
