I've probably done the same amount of pharm Deca(organon)~ 500-800 mgs/week over 25 years straight as Arnie.

Don't get it twisted I'm not happy to have the same disease, regardless of etiology as the Austrian Oak !
So basically, the only difference between you and Arnold is the 235 pound physique, the 7 Mr.Olympia titles and the huge movie career: 😉

He also was one of the first and only people to make contact with hostile extraterrestrial life forms during his time as a contract cia merc; transitioned from a career as a police officer to successfully running a kindergarten; and traveled back in time as a robot on multiple occasions to either destroy or help humanity. Also beating the odds as the worlds first biological male able to get pregnant and carry a baby to term.
Honestly- the guy has done it all.

BS! With enough calcification, it's nearly imperceptible to distinguish congenital 2 cusps (calcified) vs. 3 cusps calcified, unless he had an ultra sound color doppler US performed at 16 years of age or younger.

I've had a cardiologist ( original ) tell me that I have 2 cusps( congenital) for 4 years, then I switched to a different cardiologist who had his best US tech check every angle. I was on the bed for an hour and she showed me several angles that revealed the 3 - cusps.

By Arnold saying he had " congenital " Bi-cuspid aortic valve disease. Rumors or questioning of his steroid abuse will be diluted as to the real origin.

Furthermore , it's irrelevant if it's 2 cups or 3. Diseased process is ongoing and treatment is the same. Watch and wait. Once the Valve attains a cross-sectional area of 1cm squared or less, Valve repair/replacement is indicated.
Either way 19-Nor's exacerbate this process more than any other variable.Should I post a few dozen periodicals?

Let's remain evidence based and unemotional. Arnold inherited a defective bicuspid aortic valve from a family member. While you probably have a tricuspid aortic valve, Arnold likely underwent additional imaging tests to confirm his bicuspid valve status (eg ct angiogram, coronary angiogram, LV angiogram etc). Further, his valve specimen and bicuspid status would have also been confirmed by at least one histopathologist after valve replacement.

The suggestion that 'steroids caused Arnold's aortic valve deterioration' is alarmist. As mentioned, his defective bicuspid valve was predisposed to tissue breakdown. Two, the risk of deterioration was significantly increased by heavy weight training. Predictably, his bicuspid valve developed severe lesions and became severely calcificed/atherosclerotic.

There is no evidence proving that the onset of these valve lesions was 'caused by steroids'. The evidence points to a genetic abnormality and mechanical breakdown. Moreover, there is also no evidence that Arnold suffered from coronary artery disease, which is more typically blamed as 'caused by steroids'.

Powerlifting, non-steroid using athletes can also incur tricuspid aortic valve injuries, because of the pressure overload associated with heavy weight training. This is likely what happened to you. Did years of steroid use indirectly increase the mechanical stress on your valve? Maybe.

Have you had your BNP tested? BNP values associated with severe aortic valve lesions are typically extremely elevated. A new On-x mechanical aortic valve will make your life a whole lot easier.

I assume you knew this family member of his or viewed his lesioned valve on MRI or Biopsy? of course Not! Next......

lol..Your diseased aortic valve doesnt go from 3 cm squared to 1 in 20 years. Many stay the same over a lifetime. Recent incorporation of ARB's and/or ACE inhibitors vastly increase this propensity due to the plasticity and Re-modelling schema.

There are many studies to show that anabolic steroids; particularly 19-Nor derived increase the fibrotic accumulation and collagen pro-matrix degradation of the various cardiac Valves with the Aortic valve being the most susceptible.
If you have an ounce of common sense, which you obviously do Not, again a genetic inference; You would realize that deterioration of Aortic valve is 1+1+1= 5 with first (1) being most benign( genetic) +1.5 being wear and tear and 2.5 being additional use/abuse of 19-Nor Anabolics.

No..Powelifters after extreme Lifts approach and exceed all thresholds which are sustainable by the aorta which results in Aortic coarctation. This is very much different than a diseased aortic valve which is degeneration of tissue and the build up of calcification in it's wake as this process is common in disease process.

BNP is the latest cash -grab from yours truly ...Cleveland Clinic. Yeah the peptide sounds cool and catchy .As well as a flair of modern tech Bullshit. Just like all quick alternate peptide solutions for $9.99 OR 2 for $18.00 lol
All seriousness , you cannot possibly be a med student or another reasonable facsimile if you vest your hopes and beliefs on a peptide result?
WTF?! All kidding aside, The best modalities for the origin, tissue type, pathology etc is Biopsy, MRI and Doppler Ultrasound , in that order.

Ohh and P.S. ... To all you jealous fucks that are thinking I spent the last few hours sniffing googles ass to address this wanna be's post..Keep dreaming. I rattled this off , albeit with a few typos in about 10 mins... Ohh and methodair, keep struggling.. Err smashing your nose on that Monitor/Text book.

Have a Great Day :geek::ROFLMAO:

Your response belies logic and the fundamentals of basic physiology. BNP values in the range of 20, 000+ are commonly associated with severe aortic valve lesions. Imaging and other blood tests can be used in conjunction to confirm diagnosis.

Heavy powerlifting with the valsava maneuver subject the aortic valve to increased stress, with temporary spikes in blood pressure, as blood is pumped through the aortic valve into the circulatory system by the left ventricle.

I personally know of one young powerlifting patient who suffered an acute tricuspid aortic valve injury after heavy deadlifting. His aorta was normal/not coarctated. He did not use steroids, had no coronary artery disease, nor did he have any other complications.

His BNP was 22, 000 pre aortic valve replacement. His BNP dropped to less than 100 within a year of aortic valve replacement. Aortic valves can degenerate very rapidly once lesions develop, thus further increasing the risk of severe heart failure and/or death. Knowledge is one of the best ways to navigate the precarious roads ahead.

I agree 110%

@NG_F @methodair make a new thread or take this to PM if you want to debate this further....any more posts I will delete as this is a review thread.

Thank you

Hey guys, planning my second cycle, went through the thread but couldn't find any info on their Sustanon 250 and Sustaplex 325 blend. I'm thinking of using it to kickstart my cycle but was wondering about the pip. Anyone have any experience with those?

I have 2 friends running the Sust 250 right now and another running the Sustaplex 325. Zero pip for both. They say its smooth as can be. You are in great hands with anything from SYN.
