Hey guys

What do you guys read your test at on 110mg of rx test ?

I was on 70mg of test p Till I got my trt script and my last shot was jan 10th at 20mg of test p.

My first Trt shot was last Monday jan 14th and 2nd this Monday

I did my bloods yesterday it came back at 31 n/mol 9-28 is normal range

Why is it so high ? Also a note on 1200uis of hcg a week

Is some of the test P I was doing still left over?

I have follow up bloods I need to do in 2 weeks
So I’m scared it will come back too high and doc will cut me off because he may think I’m using “extra” or he may cut down my dose. What you guys think?

Probably still elevated from the test p? And that should get out soon and get “replaced” by the test e?

Thanks

Hcg can spike T levels...could be responsible.

You should stick to whatever your prescription is....as evidenced by your constant threads with issues you are not smart enough to get away with running anything over and above that.
I’m not trying to run anything above that...I’m running what I’m supposed to

Kinda rude response mentioning I’m not “smart enough” but alright.

And just a note with my “constant threads”. There was 3 including this
1) how long for 200mg of test to filter out
2) my results of waiting 4 weeks (posted this one to give people an FYI if they are in the same boat)
3) this which is a fair question as everyone is different and most people have a trt around ~110mg

Sorry if I somehow offended you and thank you for your first point

Sounds like you're doing 1 shot a week.
Your levels will definitely be spiked higher than your average at 1 pin a week rather than two.

with 110mg, you would likely be around 25nmol/L if it were average. Probably spikes higher than 31, but you'll likely drop below 20 before next pin.

Thanks buddy

Doc told me to shots every week. I’ve always done it twice a week but I figured it do it once a week just because he wants me to do my bloods exactly 72 hours after my shot

I figured my levels may be attributed to my test p shots as well from 2 weeks ago (which I stopped, was doing 70mg a week)

So as my test p “kicks out” my test e will “kick in”

Another consideration is if you’re taking an AI. Because it prevents conversion milligram for milligram you will have a higher reading. I don’t typically run an AI at TRT dosages...but For me 110 mg with no ai vs 110mg plus 0.25 Adex once per week, my test after 5 weeks is 30% higher. No BS. ( other than the side effects of adex, the downside is that after five weeks my E2 drops to low ... even at that tiny Adex dosage

Too many variable to get an exact number of 110 will put you can at. It can go up or down based on tons of factors from time of day of bloods, diet, alcohol, sleep, training etc...
Don’t be your worst enemy. Follow, your doctors protocol to get your test levels where they’d should be,

If you are genuinely suffering from low testosterone and trying to get your medication at the proper levels for lomg term improved quality of life, why in God’s name were you running prop before your test bloods??
Stop overthinking everything and let your doctor get accurate bloodwork without you fucking with it to benefit your long term health

Here is something to completely throw you off. I am on prescribed trt by my family doc but used to see a specialist for over a year until he closed up shop. While followed by the specialist he did bloodwork once a month and I was prescribed test C at 320 mg a week. My blood work always had my test levels between 25-27 at that dose. He told me that everyone uses testosterone differently, basically some people absorb and use it more efficiently then others hence the varied blood testosterone levels at same doses amongst different people. He said he had one guy that needed test C 500 mg a week to get him to the upper 20s. My point is, don't get caught up or obsessed on a particular dose. Instead, focus on what your bloodwork says your testosterone levels are and how you feel. I obviously don't use test very efficiently compared to the average person.

This should be the main take-away here of this entire thread. Yes, as BBers we want to be on the higher end, but what good is that over the long term if you don't feel good or something is off? Even though I am right at the top end of the range right now I may ask to lower my trt from 100 to 80 because my prostate is inflamed at my current dose. If I still feel good and this helps with my prostate then I really don't care that I may be at 20 instead of 27.6 on the TT scale.

Sorry mates to clarify a Couple of things, I think I miscommuncated what I meant hence some of the responses.

1) I did the bloods myself not per my Endo. I was doing general bloods to make sure I am healthy and threw in test as well since I was drawing blood anyways
2) my Rbc, hemoglobin and hemocrit were high from previous usage and I stopped everything, my doc said he can’t give me a script legally till I lower it but because Rbcs live ~4 months I couldn’t run 0 test in that time because I am not producing any test myself anymore. So what I did was dose 70mg of test prop so in the time being so I have something until I retest my CBCs and they drop. After they dropped I got my script and I stopped the test p

To clarify again, I wasn’t trying to do extra or anything like that, my first set of bloods from endo are 2 weeks from now.

Hope that clarify things guys and makes sense

Thank you everyone for the great points, I am staying at the dose I was recommended as I was planning on
