Hmmm, this is Interesting considering Talmisartan was on back order for a few months and just came back 2 weeks ago.

I'm wondering if they were doing testing to see it's propensity to make it easier for the Virus to attach to a Host/patient who's taking Talmisartan.

Maybe they confirmed safety , since its back on global market for the last 2 weeks? Hmm...

I stopped ACE Inhibitor ( trandalopril) 3 years ago , but then jumped on Talmisartan for the last year.
I have good Blood pressure, However my cardiologist insists that I take it for prophylactic indications..so I don't know. What do you Monsters think ???

I have mild LV wall thickness and LV Hypertrophy . I have Aortic valve stenosis with mild regurgitation mostly from Heavy steady training since 1989 and 500 mgs of Pharm Deca/week, off and on for 16 years. 3 cycles per year. I guestimate that out of 48 cycles, 32-36 were with Organon ( nandrolone decanoate)

Will I die from Coronavirus? lets Hope Not

I’m just gonna put this out there (most probably is nothing )

Vaguely... i was apart of a conversation this evening. One of the men (who i dont know well) said (hes a bigwig in oil n gas)

“ within the next 72 hours there’s gonna be some shit going down (edit: announcement) going to affect every household in Canada”

Thats it...I wanted to grill him for more info after but no chance. It was the way he said it/demeanour that perked me up from tin-foil hat stuff , its like he new something.

Anyway no fear bullshit just wanted to throw out here and see if any major government or oil-patch Announcements happen next 3 days 🤷🏻
Looks like buddy was right , within 3 days Canada started shutting down affecting every household....

What degree of aortic valve stenosis was reported on your latest echocardiogram @NG_F ? Mild LV hypertrophy/wall thickening does not suggest severe aortic valve stenosis. Have you had a recent CT angiogram, for precise cardiac imaging of your valve?

This a great 15 minute vid of some common sense since pathetic mainstream media went full retard
Dude is quickly becoming a content provider I respect. He always backs his points with hard data and his distrust of mainstream media and government is bang on

Either way, can't be denied that often the solution for seemingly complicated issues is simple

Gyms, Restaurants, and Supermarkets…
By Christian Duque, March 22nd, 2020

It seems the Coronavirus has had a severe impact, not only on our normal way of life, but in some of the basic elements therein. For example, all gyms where I live, closed effective Wednesday at 5PM. They didn’t close for the day – they closed indefinitely. Where will gym goers go to train? How will gym owners earn a profit to stay in business? Will their bills be suspended while this pandemic gets addressed? These are all fine questions and valid concerns, and the government really doesn’t have any concrete answers.

Local governments are scrambling, state governments are trying to keep their counties as uniform as possible, and the federal government is largely clueless. That’s not a dig at our current president, our past president, or any other individual chief executive. The reality is, America was simply not ready for this – no one was. Supermarkets got totally ransacked before the idea of rationing out things like hand sanitizer, milk, bread and even toilet paper became an issue. We’ve never had to deal with these issues. The closest thing we’ve experienced to this, as a nation, was the Great Depression, but then it wasn’t that there was a scarcity of goods, there was a scarcity of money to buy them with. Sure, we’ve had natural disasters and devastation, but this usually hits a locality or region, we’ve never experienced anything nationwide, certainly nothing like this.

Restaurants where I live can only accept take-out/carry-out orders and/or do delivery. No one has been able to dine-in, at least where I live, for quite some time. Many bars and restaurants have had to let go of their waitstaff because there’s simply not enough business to keep them on the payroll. Many wait staff only make $2-3hr anyways. Their income comes from tips and if there’s no patrons to be seated, how will they earn a living?

Most bodybuilders don’t really rely so much on restaurants, but even meal prep businesses are closing up during these difficult times. The larger operations are carrying on, but the smaller, mom & pop types, have expressed difficulty in obtaining all the necessary ingredients to make the meals they offer.

Supermarkets are cutting their hours in many states, with cashiers being forced into the front lines of having to enforce limits on goods. Imagine some poor high school kid telling someone their parents’ age, who’s angry, frustrated, and desperate, that they can only have 5 or less items that their families are depending on. People are no longer buying what they need for today or even this week, they’re buying for the long haul. A great many people are exhibiting some pretty extreme hoarding-type behaviors, but can you blame them though?

Take hand sanitizer, rubbing alcohol, or hydrogen peroxide. The shelves are empty. You ask an employee when the next truck is coming and they tell you to ask the manager. You ask the manager and he/she has no clue, because the overwhelming demand has not only interrupted the distribution chain, but there’s no supplies to move. It’s utter chaos. Theoretically speaking, capitalism is all about supply and demand, but what happens when there’s huge demand and no supply? As opposed to planned economies, trying to create government controls now and expecting the private sector to do the same – in an overnight situation – is stupid.

The one good thing that both the government and the private sector have been able to champion, is the fight against price gouging. Sites like Amazon and Ebay have cracked down, shutting down accounts, and having a zero tolerance in effect. For only a question of hours, possibly days, there were some degenerates that were exploiting the misery and selling hand sanitizer products for as much as $100 for what would typically cost $1-3 per unit. I saw plenty of that in South Florida after the devastation of Hurricane Andrew and I’m glad I’ve seen very little of it during the Coronavirus situation.

With gyms closed, many physique-based athletes will have to train at home, maybe use gallon bottles of water and/or go back to basics with push-ups, sit-ups, and pull-ups. People can’t even train together, maybe using each other’s bodyweight, because there’s a 6ft rule that government officials are pushing. And much like my initial article on the Coronavirus for Iron Magazine (which seems like an eternity ago), the incubation period for this virus can be up to 2 weeks, so even with all the germ-killing products, the social distancing, the move away from gatherings of over 10 people, some of us may already be walking around with this virus and not know it.

Can America do what China did? China is where the outbreak started, they had upwards of 40,000 cases, and they have a population that’s about 4x that of ours. Their country is also slightly larger than ours. They not only have controlled the virus, but they kicked its ass. If China could do it, we can too, right? Well China is also a communist country and when its government says jump, the only question from the private sector and the people is, how high? Can the same be said for America? Give me a break!! That’s usually not a bad thing at all. It’s great we have so many rights and personal freedoms; however, that’s what separates our experience from that of China.

In summation, I really wanted to write an article about gyms, protein shortages at the supermarket, and a lack of places to get a good Caesar salad, but we have slightly bigger issues at hand. I still included some of the concerns for fitness-minded people, but ultimately, and as cliché as it sounds, we’re ALL in this together.

How to Make the Most of Your Time Off and Social Distancing
By Matt Weik, March 23rd, 2020

If you’re reading this article at the time that it was published, you’re probably sitting in your home in isolation practicing social distancing – or whatever ridiculous term they want to call it. Your current joy is telling everyone your cool activities for the day. Like going to the living room to read a book, later in the day venturing out to the back patio for some fresh air because you’re feeling rebellious. So, what do you do in times like these where the Coronavirus has caused many businesses to close and you’re supposed to figure out how to make the most of your time off? I have a few ideas that will help you come out of this self-quarantine (AKA, come close to me and I’ll be forced to throat-punch you) a better person.

Use At-Home Workouts from Online
With the inability to go to work, go shopping, and go to social events, what are you supposed to do with your time off? How about fit in an at-home workout? I mean, what excuse do you have to not work out now that you’re stuck in your home?

There are so many amazing ball-busting free at-home workouts that you can find online via YouTube or a simple Google search that you’ll have plenty of workouts to try during your time off. The great thing about at-home workouts is that you don’t necessarily need any fancy equipment – you can simply use your own bodyweight or items found around your home for added resistance.

There’s no better time than right now to work on changing your habits and lifestyle. Nothing is really holding you back right now because many of our obligations have been put on hold for the time being.

I’m not saying in the two weeks that you are at home you’re entire life is going to change, you’ll go back to work rocking a sick set of abs and jacked physique, but at least you’re putting one foot in front of the other to improve your health and life.

Learn Something New with a Book or Audiobook
What better way to use your time off than to learn something new? This can be something regarding your health, fitness, or nutrition. Or if you are looking to move up the corporate ladder or grow your business, learn a new skill or perfect your craft by reading a book or listening to an audiobook.

You could buy a book online, read a book you have laying around, download an e-book, or use resources like the Hoopla or Libby apps to read books free online from your local libraries. Want to kill two birds with one stone? Do an at-home workout like what was mentioned above and put on an audiobook (or even a podcast) to listen to in the background while exercising.

In addition, consider looking for courses or webinars that are of interest to you online and something you want to learn during your time off.

Catch Up on Work
Are you a chronic procrastinator? Maybe you have kids and things have fallen behind due to trying to keep up with their busy school schedule and extracurricular activities? Use this time off to catch up on all the things you have been putting off or haven’t found the time to get done. That can be anything from work around the house to work for your employer or business.

Wouldn’t it be great if when things return to normalcy that you are completely caught up on all the things you need to get done? You can take a sigh of relief and know that everything that was weighing on our shoulders has been lifted. Don’t just sit around the house watching Netflix all day, stay active and get stuff done.

Take Time to Relax and Recharge
On the flip side of everything I just mentioned, take some time for yourself. Relax, unwind, and recharge your batteries so that you can go back to work full of energy and ready to tackle projects again. There’s nothing worse than burning the candle at both ends and eventually completely burning yourself out. Sleep in and get some extra rest, take a mid-afternoon nap if you need one, put your feet up and chill a little more, and find ways to destress.

The current situation we are in is stressful enough, try not to think about it and use your time off to your advantage. Your time off is a complete waste if you go back to work just as stressed or even more so than before everyone was sent home. Breathe, relax, recharge. Your mind and body will thank you.

Call People You Haven’t Spoken to in a Long Time
How many of you have been so busy that you’ve lost touch with a friend, your mother, your grandfather, an aunt, your sister, an old roommate, etc.? I think we all have at least one person in our lives that we wished we talked to more often. Now is a great time to do that during your time off.

Reach out to someone you haven’t spoken with in a long time and tell them you’ve been thinking about them. Ask them how they’ve been. Do they need anything? How have they been affected by the Coronavirus and what does it mean for them in the long-term? Bottom line – show you care.

This has got to be the dumbest fucking article ever written during Covid

They picked 3 heads of state- 2 of whom ended travel (Taiwan shut its borders- new Zealand ended tourism) ... and their correlation? Female heads of state. Every turn feminists can take to confound facts they'll take it 😂 . World wide pandemic that's killing men more disproportionately and feminists cry foul to machismo killing more than than the virus. This news publication is fucking retarded
