Question is in the title which is better for heart health? I have not taken cialis before but viagra I have taken a nice bit for a little extra oomph in the bedroom. Wondering which is better for heart health and what is recommended doseage? Trying to get my blood pressure down a bit it is already high.

I’m not a doctor but the half life of viagra is approx 4 hours so it is not a good daily medication for BP.
Cialis has a half life of approx 36 hours so it is definitely a better choice.
Most take 5 mg of cialis a day but you could try as little as 2.5 and see how it goes.
Good luck.

My first question is - why is your BP high?
Then:
Are you on AAS? (How much)
How high is your E2?
Are you on stimulants?
How’s your diet?
How’s your cardio?
What’s your body weight and BF%?

Cialis and viagra, although originally developed as heart medicines, and certainly will lower blood pressure, were/are not really intended for long-term BP control.

Not enough information in your post to give a good answer.
Also know that NONE of us here are doctors.
And if your BP is chronically high- it might be a good time to talk to your doctor or a doctor at a walk-in clinic even.

Using PDE5's as a panacea for BP issues could get dicey, as the reflexive Tachycardia during a workout could contribute to Cardiac arrhythmia's
Tread carefully fellow monster's !

If your HR is 90-130 during a grueling leg workout , after ingestion of Viagara, Cialis etc..then you're most likely somewhat fine, but still be very careful.
