i have same every morning
shake
1.5-2 cups oatmeal
2.5 cup milk
2tbs peanutbutter
1 scoop carnation instant breakfast
1scoop protein isolate
2 -3 BIG scoops of allmax nutrition ALL MASS
3g beta alanine
10g EAA

sometimes i throw in an egg or two but this fills my blender to the very top so days i have the extra half cup oatmeal/allmass i dont have room for the eggs. just depends if im doing legs or back. my high carb days. i also throw some maltodextrin for extra carbs some days

thats my daily breakfast 1st meal
