Have to change my diet somewhat due to my pancreas deciding it wants me to F off and stop eating good fats. Even avocados, olive oil, cream in coffee, etc. was causing pain.
Anyway breakfast was:
2 glasses of water, 2 cups of coffee with 1% milk, 2 whole eggs, one banana, 1 cup oatmeal, 45 grams vega sport protein, and 1/2 cup blueberries.

754 cals / 83 grams carbs / 18 grams fat / 72 grams protein

Meal #1 that I actually ate before bed today:

2 whole eggs
1 bagel with a bit of butter
2 slices turkey bacon
100g lean ground beef
1 banana
Tall glass of water

628 calories, 42 protein/79 carbs/16 fat

If you guys have access to meat from a local farm, I highly recommend it. It tastes a lot better and it's about the same price as store bought where I'm from.

Oatmeal + protein powder + peanut butter + berries used to be my breakfast staple but I have since changed my diet because I found that my stomach and digestion feel WAY better on a lower carb diet.

Breakfast now consists of:

5-6 eggs, guacamole, salsa
Few pieces of turkey bacon

What do you guys have?
That's Exactly what I had. 60g oatmeal, tablespoon peanut butter, scoop of chocolate protein powder and blueberries

No I never do unless I have just the bagel and maybe a banana.
Although I'm looking into grabbing some almond butter next time I go the natural food pantry and see how I like that.
